Processing time
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
- Netherlands: [3–7] business days
- Belgium: [4–8] business days
- Rest of EU: [5–12] business days
Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary due to the carrier, customs, or busy periods. They are not guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over €[75].
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in neutral, unbranded packaging. No one will know what's inside but you.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to become active.
Customs and import (outside the EU)
For orders shipped outside the EU, additional customs duties or taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact us at info@pillowtalks.nl and we'll help track it down.

Returns Policy
At PillowTalk we want you to feel wonderful in what you wear. Because lingerie and underwear are hygiene products, clear rules apply to returns.
14-day right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.
Hygiene exception (important)
For hygiene reasons, lingerie, underwear, bodysuits, briefs and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged if:
- the seal or hygiene sticker has been removed or broken;
- the item has been worn, washed or damaged;
- the original tags or packaging are missing.
Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal lapses for sealed products that are unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds once the seal has been broken.
Returnable items
Items such as robes, kimonos and pyjamas can be returned, provided they are unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs
The cost of returning an item is at the customer's own expense, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please email us at info@pillowtalks.nl before returning any item, so we can register your return and confirm the address.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days via your original payment method. Return shipping costs are not refunded.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@pillowtalks.nl. In that case we cover all costs, including return shipping, and will send a replacement or full refund.
